Greek Yogurt Buffalo Ranch Dip

We came up with this dip one day when we were dating. We had some chips and were really craving some dip. So we threw together some greek yogurt, ranch, hot sauce, and cajun seasoning. Viola! You have a delicious, probiotic, high protein snack!

 

GREEK YOGURT BUFFALO RANCH DIP

makes about 2 cups of dip


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 4 tsps Hot Sauce (we use Crystal or Louisiana Hot Sauce)

  • 1/2 tsp Tony's Cajun Seasoning

  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

  2. Serve with veggies, chips, etc.

  3. Store in the fridge for a week or two.

NOTES:

You can adjust the hot sauce amount to spice level, add more or add less.
