As a kid, I loved white sauce. White sauce on pasta was a common request of mine. But white sauce on pizza was special. I was accustomed to red sauce on all pizzas, except the infamous (well at least in my book as a 10 year old with a highly sophisticated taste in food) Spinach, Bacon, Artichoke Pizza. Oh I loved those kinds of pizzas. Any pizza with white sauce and I was sold. Ryan and I were dying to make a white pizza so we put our brains together and created the perfect white pizza sauce! Garlicky, cheesy, and oh so good!
