Ryan's Beef Stroganoff

I made this a lot in college because it's easy, tastes good, and makes a lot of food!


One day, Beth came over to my apartment to watch a movie and she let slip that she hadn't eaten dinner yet and it was well past dinner time! I had just put the leftovers of this in the fridge and I offered it to her. She shyly but gratefully accepted and said it was really good. It wasn't until we were dating that she told me how much she really liked it! So much so, that I am writing this right now! Hope you enjoy!


 

RYAN'S BEEF STROGANOFF

serves 4


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound Ground Beef

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • Parsley to garnish


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add ground beef, minced garlic cloves, red pepper, onion powder, salt, and pepper to skillet. Brown the ground beef.

  2. Drain the liquid from the skillet.

  3. Pour cream of mushroom soup into skillet with meat and stir together over medium low heat until sauce is hot.

  4. Serve over rice, egg noodles, or any other sauce-carrying medium of your choice. Sprinkle parsley on top to garnish.
