This is seriously the easiest soup out there! Just open a bunch of cans and BAM! This is a easy one to freeze leftovers and enjoy later!
GREEN CHICKEN ENCHILADA SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
• 3 small Cans Green Enchilada Sauce
• 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
• 1 Can Diced Green Chili’s
• 2 Cans of Shredded Chicken
• 3 Cans White Beans
• 1 Can of Corn
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a crockpot.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, etc.
