We LOVE these cookies! They are soft, chewy, and thick....basically the perfect cookie! You can easily roll the dough up or scoop it out and freeze for when those cookie hankerings come quick and strong.
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
makes about 24 cookies
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 sticks softened Butter
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 cups All Purpose Flour, heaping
1 cup Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix both sugars and butter together until blended.
Add eggs, salt, baking soda, and vanilla and mix till combined.
Mix in flour. The dough should be thick and moist, not too wet to touch.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Bake for 10 – 12 minutes at 350°F.
Cookies should be soft and still a bit gooey.
