Living in Louisiana changed my taste buds. Everything down there is flavored with a punch and a kick! This salmon incorporates all those flavors! If you don't want too much of a kick, you can decrease the amount of garlic and red pepper flakes.
CAJUN LEMON BUTTER SALMON
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
4 Salmon Fillets
1 Tbsp Butter, melted
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
1/4 tsp Tony's Creole Seasoning
1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Onion Powder
1/8 tsp Lemon Pepper seasoning
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine melted butter, minced garlic, seasonings, and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
Place salmon fillets in a 9x13 baking dish.
Spread the butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
Sprinkle Parmesan over each fillet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
