Cajun Lemon Butter Salmon

Living in Louisiana changed my taste buds. Everything down there is flavored with a punch and a kick! This salmon incorporates all those flavors! If you don't want too much of a kick, you can decrease the amount of garlic and red pepper flakes.



 

CAJUN LEMON BUTTER SALMON

Serves 4


INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Salmon Fillets

  • 1 Tbsp Butter, melted

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes

  • 1/4 tsp Tony's Creole Seasoning

  • 1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/8 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/8 tsp Lemon Pepper seasoning

  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, seasonings, and lemon juice together in a small bowl.

  3. Place salmon fillets in a 9x13 baking dish.

  4. Spread the butter mixture evenly over each fillet.

  5. Sprinkle Parmesan over each fillet.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
