Growing up, my family had Pizza Night every Friday. So when Beth and I started dating, we decided to mandate every Friday as Pizza Night! Since then, we have created some pretty amazing pizzas with unusual ingredients and even leftovers from the week.
Philly Cheese Steak Pizza, Enchilada Pizza, Breakfast Pizza, Nacho Pizza, you get the point. We love drizzling some Hot Honey on top!
This crust is super easy to throw together and takes almost no time at all. Even a caveman could make it! I usually make the dough and then Beth shapes it.
Needless to say, Friday is our favorite day of the week!
